Job Summary:
Sohob is seeking a talented and detail-oriented System Analyst to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing efficient system solutions, and ensuring smooth integration between software, users, and business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to transform business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various departments.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of system features.
- Conduct feasibility studies and propose system enhancements or new solutions.
- Design workflow diagrams, use cases, data models, and system architecture documentation.
- Coordinate and support system implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Provide training, user manuals, and support to end-users.
- Ensure system compatibility, performance, and security compliance.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, system design, databases, and API integrations.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and diagrams (UML, ERD, Flowcharts).
- Experience with web and mobile application systems is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
