Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding)
Post vacancies on job portals and LinkedIn. - Conduct HR screening calls and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Support onboarding and offer preparation processes.
- Manage ATS updates and maintain accurate candidate records.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and ATS systems.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies.
- Good English communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
IT recruitment experience is a plus.
