Summary:

We are looking for an experienced CRM Team Lead to lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. The role involves managing a team, driving project delivery, and acting as the main point of contact between business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage CRM consultants and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact between business and technical teams.
  • Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
  • Deliver and support D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
  • Monitor team performance, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
  • Support pre-sales activities (demos, client discussions).
  • Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in UAT, user training, and system adoption.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of experience in CRM / Business Applications.
  • Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Proven experience in team leadership or project coordination.
  • Experience in full lifecycle CRM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and CRM solutions.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
    Experience with Power Platform is a plus.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft partners or global projects.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Very good English (written and spoken).
