Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CRM Team Lead to lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. The role involves managing a team, driving project delivery, and acting as the main point of contact between business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage CRM consultants and ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact between business and technical teams.
- Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
- Deliver and support D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
- Monitor team performance, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Support pre-sales activities (demos, client discussions).
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in UAT, user training, and system adoption.
Required Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of experience in CRM / Business Applications.
- Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Proven experience in team leadership or project coordination.
- Experience in full lifecycle CRM implementations.
- Strong understanding of business processes and CRM solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
Experience with Power Platform is a plus. - Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft partners or global projects.
