Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our HR team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding)
    Post vacancies on job portals and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct HR screening calls and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
  • Support onboarding and offer preparation processes.
  • Manage ATS updates and maintain accurate candidate records.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and ATS systems.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies.
  • Good English communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

IT recruitment experience is a plus.
